Source and screen candidates: Use various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate fit for specific roles.

Engage with candidates: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, effectively communicating our culture, values, and opportunities.

Coordinate interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared and informed about interview logistics and expectations.

Assess candidates:Assist in the evaluation of candidates through skills assessments, reference checks, and behavioral interviews. Provide hiring managers with insightful feedback to aid decision-making.

Manage candidate data:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate key performance indicator (KPI) reports and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate: Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and refine recruitment strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process.

Learn continuously:Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques. Actively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.

Ensure adherence to brand standards: Convert candidate resumes into Cardamom’s branded resume format to effectively showcase talent and represent our company to clients in a consistent, professional manner.

A strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing

The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills

A high sense of urgency balanced with impeccable attention to detail

If not located in the Madison, WI area, the ability to travel to the home office quarterly
