Talent Partner

Hybrid in Madison, WI or remote across U.S.
Talent Partner
Your Role:

As a Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts. You will work to identify, attract, hire, and onboard top tier talent for Cardamom.

As a Talent Partner, you will:
  • Source and screen candidates: Use various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Engage with candidates: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, effectively communicating our culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared and informed about interview logistics and expectations.
  • Assess candidates:Assist in the evaluation of candidates through skills assessments, reference checks, and behavioral interviews. Provide hiring managers with insightful feedback to aid decision-making.
  • Manage candidate data:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate key performance indicator (KPI) reports and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and refine recruitment strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Learn continuously:Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques. Actively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards: Convert candidate resumes into Cardamom’s branded resume format to effectively showcase talent and represent our company to clients in a consistent, professional manner.
Our ideal Talent Partner will have:
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
  • A high sense of urgency balanced with impeccable attention to detail
  • If not located in the Madison, WI area, the ability to travel to the home office quarterly
Bonus points for the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in human resources management or related field
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques and employer branding strategies
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
