Cardamom ranked No. 1 medium-sized employer on Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work list

This is Cardamom’s second year of eligibility and second time making an appearance on the publication’s annual ranking, which identifies and recognizes outstanding healthcare employers across the United States. In 2025, Cardamom was recognized as the No. 6 Best Place to Work in Healthcare (suppliers).

Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work program uses a thorough assessment process involving interviews, employer questionnaires, and extensive employee surveys to evaluate the company’s benefits, policies, and programs; the health of its workplace culture; and its contributions to the industry and community. Cardamom’s ranking on the Best Places list was revealed on September 16 at the 2026 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Awards Gala in Houston, Texas. Swaminathan as well as Chief Customer Officer Adam Dial were both in attendance to receive the award.
